At Junpop, all products are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical products to customers.
1. How Digital Products Are Delivered
After your payment has been successfully completed, your purchased digital product will be made available to you through the delivery method specified on the product or order page.
Depending on the product, delivery may include:

- Access instructions provided after purchase
- Other digital delivery methods mentioned on the product page
2. Instant Delivery
Most digital products on Junpop are designed for instant digital delivery after successful payment.
Once your order is confirmed, you can access your purchased files according to the instructions provided with your order.
3. Delivery Issues
If you have successfully completed a payment but cannot access or download your purchased product, please contact Junpop support.
We will make reasonable efforts to verify your order and help you access the purchased files.

5. Digital Products Are Not Physically Shipped
Junpop does not send digital products through postal mail, courier, or any other physical delivery service.
If a product is listed as a digital product, you will receive digital access or downloadable files only.
